We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Washington As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including food and beverage service staff management and customer satisfaction Responsibilities Managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures Ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained at all times Training and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed Creating work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours Conducting regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations and address any concerns or issues Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant Overseeing the hiring training and development of new employees Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of managing budgets controlling costs and increasing profitability Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month Location: This position is based in Washington USA If you are passionate about Indian cuisine and have the necessary skills and experience to excel as a Restaurant Manager we would love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr Vertexglobal
